It is easy to use your Loyalty points.  Once you have placed an item in your cart you will see a selection at the top of the page for using your points and an APPLY DISCOUNT button.

 

Next, you will see a window open that ask you how many points you would like to use for this purchase, just enter the amount you want and choose OK.

If you sign up for an account with us, you will receive email notifications when we have sales or promotions.

General CBD Questions (4)

As with all hemp products, there is a chance that consumption could trigger a positive drug test. However, we do have several brands that offer zero THC products. Neuro Armour and RSHO are some of our favorites.  These brands have zero THC and taking them will not result in a positive drug screen.

Many customers new to CBD oil have questions about the different form factors – the ways CBD can be taken.

Our capsules are very popular for their ease in dosing, while our tinctures and sprays offer more dosing options.

Oral applicators offer some of our highest CBD concentrations.

Vape oil is often used when customers desire fast-acting relief.

We offer balms and salves for topical application; and we offer edibles, too.

For easy use, most hemp extract bottles come with a dropper included. Please keep the dropper clean and avoid it coming in contact with  your mouth.  Most of the droppers hold one full milliliter, so half a dropper would be .5ml.

Place the drops under your tongue for fast absorption.

We vet all of our manufacturers to determine the authenticity of their products.  We want you to be confident in shopping at CBDStore. Most of our manufacturers can provide Third Party Testing, you can find this information in the product description.

If you’re having trouble signing in, here are some things to check:

Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies. 
Your Internet browser’s “Help” menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.
CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on Your Keyboard. 
Passwords are case sensitive, so “PASSWORD” and “Password” are recognized as two different passwords.
Incorrect E-mail Address. 
Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you’re using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it is the e-mail address listed.
Incorrect Password. 
If you’re sure you’re using the correct e-mail address, try to reset your password. For more information, go to HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD.

To create a CBDStore account, choose MY ACCOUNT from the main page, top menu.

This will take you to the registration page.  Fill in your details and you will be signed up for sales and promotional emails, as well as for the CBDStore Loyalty Program.

Alternately, you can create an account while checking out.

 

 

If you need to reset your password, please go to MY ACCOUNT and select LOST PASSWORD.  You will be given instructions for changing your password.

We know how maddening creating secure online passwords can be. Our system has a high security setting, allowing us to better protect your data. Your password will need to be at least 12 characters long and contain letters, numbers and symbols, like these: #%$.  If you are still having problems we suggest using your initials and your telephone number, plus a symbol on the end, like this:

If you have placed an order with us and would like to check the status, please log into your account and choose ORDERS, scroll down to the order you are interested in and you will see the status.  Additionally, you can choose VIEW THE ORDER.

Item is too big for a P.O. Box. Some items are too big to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address.

Incorrect Address/Missing Information. The package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient if the address is incorrect, has typos, is missing information (such as an apartment or building number), or is outdated (such as a previous residence).

Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may not be deliverable. Please enter the box number as “PO BOX” followed by the number.

Secure Location. Your package may be returned to us if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery, where the package is safe from weather and is not visible to passersby.

Unable to Access.Your package may be returned to us if the carrier can’t access the delivery location due to no access code, call box number, or buzzer information, and can’t obtain the information after multiple attempts.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Damaged During Transit. If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to us without attempting delivery.

Other Transportation Problems. If the carrier is unable to determine the correct delivery address because the package ships with a  carrier that does not deliver to the site or if labels are damaged and the carrier is unable to determine the correct delivery address, the package will be returned to sender.

Refused by Recipient. If a recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges).

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
CBD Store products ship from all over the US. Occasionally items in the same order will ship from two or more locations. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship.
Any order over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
If you did not receive your selected shipping method, we will be happy to refund you the difference between the requested and the shipped method.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Some products are handcrafted and may take longer to process (such as Alternative Vape).
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we do not provide international shipping.

Once you order has shipped you will receive an email notification from The CBDStore with a tracking number. Generally, the tracking number will be hyperlinked so you just need to click on that link to be taken to the USPS site where you can see the status of your shipment.

You can also log into your account and choose MY ACCOUNT, then go to orders.  The orders that have shipped will be marked as shipped.

Please note, if you have multiple items in one order you may get multiple shipments.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery

Verify the shipping address

Look for a notice of attempted delivery

Look around the delivery location for your package

See if someone else accepted the delivery

Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

Wait 36 hours – in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

CHECKING OUT

Once you’ve found your chosen CBD product,

  1. Click on the product to open the product details window, where you may be offered options like bottle size and/or flavor.

 

Make your selection, then ADD TO CART.

 

Next, choose VIEW CART OPTION at the top of that section.  

 

When your cart opens, you can add any coupon codes, and verify and change order details.  Once completed, select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

 

On the CHECKOUT PAGE you will be given another opportunity to add a coupon code as well as to use any CBD STORE FAMILY LOYALTY points you may have earned.

 

Next, fill in your name, address and other details. If shipping to the same address, you must uncheck the box next to “Ship to a different address?”

 

 

You will have an opportunity to sign up for an account with us, allowing you to receive notices when we have sales or special promotions.  You will also be enrolled in our CBDSTORE FAMILY LOYALTY PROGRAM.  This allows you to earn points for discounts on purchases. You can also change your shipping options here.

Now it is time to enter your payment details. For security reasons, we do NOT store your credit card information. You will need to provide this information each time you place an order.

Once your payment details are complete, make sure to select that one last button, “I agree to the terms and conditions”, and then choose PLACE ORDER. We will have your CBD products shipped out to you right away!

 

 

 

 

 

To leave a review for a product you’ve purchased, log into your account and click on your name in red at the top right hand corner of the page. This will take you to your account dashboard. On the left hand side, choose “orders”. Scroll down to see your past purchases, then click on the item you would like to review.
Once you are on the product page you will see REVIEW right next to DESCRIPTION under the product image. Click on reviews and enter your feedback.

If you have placed an order with us and would like to check the status, please log into your account and choose ORDERS, scroll down to the order you are interested in and you will see the status.  Additionally, you can choose VIEW THE ORDER.

If you must cancel an order or an item in an order, please let us know as soon as possible.  Once the charge has been processed by our payment processor, we will issue a refund which can take up to 7 days.

Once an order has shipped we can no longer issue a refund.

We want you to be happy with your CBDStore purchase.  If your product is defective or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement order. If the order was sent in error, we definitely want to know (and apologize for the inconvenience).  Please inspect your order upon receipt for damage or defect and contact us at info@cbdstore.co within 10 days from the date of receipt.  Please provide your name, order number and tell us about the problem.

We are perfectly happy to refund any product that is unopened and returned to us within 30 days.  However, we cannot accept the return of any opened supplements under any circumstances. Although we sell only the best quality CBD supplements, we make no guarantee regarding its efficacy.
